'3-Tier Model' also known as the Hybrid Software Development Model, offers a mix of onsite/offshore delivery.

Beechwood can set-up a dedicated offshore development center - global in India for your requirements staffed with resources with the skill-sets that you need. An Offshore Development Center comprises of:

ODC - Outsourcing Models
Based on the duration and scale of the projects to be executed the customer can opt to choose any of the following ODC outsourcing models:

	Tactical Outsourcing
		Outsourcing on a project-by-project basis
		Avoid cost & challenge of updating your company's technical skills every time project requires a special capability
		Staffing done in pace with the ebb and flow of the development cycles
		Pricing either on Time & Material or as a Fixed Bid
	Build-Operate (Captive ODC)
		Provides an extended development facility with an established system infrastructure
		Resources 100% dedicated to your work, for the length of the contract, at a flat rate (blended rate)
		DSRC will be solely responsible for the resource screening, recruitment and team management - thereby mitigating your risk in hiring and building a team
		Length of contract typically signed for 2 to 4 years
		Provides Reliable & Stable production environment
	Build-Operate-Transfer
		Benefits & features same as Captive ODC - except it is long term, more than 4 years
		Transfer of Ownership at the end of the contract - transferred team hits the ground running from day one

ODC Management
Beechwood offers two different ways of operating your offshore development center:

	Customer/Partner Managed Development Center
	Beechwood Managed Development Center

Partner Managed Dedicated Offshore Development Center
In this model, Beechwood provides the necessary resources (project teams) and infrastructure for the partner to run its own development center. The partner manages and controls the projects and deliverables from the teams operating from the development center.

The partner will define all processes, methodologies and quality frameworks, standards and practices used.

Beechwood Managed Dedicated Development Center
In this model, Beechwood will manage and operate the center by providing the resources, infrastructure, projects and deliverables from the center.

The Partner allocates tasks (task packs) and manages reviews. All development processes, quality management systems and standards and controls are according to Beechwood's specifications. Client's requests will be honoured to change/modify practices/procedures.
